We spent 3 nights in double room with softer floors, a comfortable bed, for instance. Nice staff, provided information if needed. The location was great and secure - not far from the tourist attractions, the freeway, nice restaurants, and the walking areas. Moreover, it was 2 km from Zamzam Well.

The staff were absolutely unfriendly, didn't expect that coming.

Room was spacious and clean. Had a fridge, microwave, and flat-screen TV. The staff were super friendly. Nice hot breakfast and a hot tub. King bed was firm but comfy. Location is great, close to attractions. Privacy door between living area and bedroom was a win.

Ideal and impressive hotel in a secure area right by Pasadena, a safe area and restaurants and coffee shops. Pleasant staff members, neat and updated rooms with a sink separate from the toilet, kitchen. Good breakfast, plenty of options available. Such great overall experience.

Teeny-tiny parking spaces and not enough parking. Suite I stayed in did not have a light switch in the front room and I arrived at night; had to enter room without light to turn on a light. Please fix that.

We were lucky and they put us in a suite with a small lounge with a TV, microwave and fridge, where we could watch TV while dining. The bed is very big and comfortable. The bathroom if it were a little bigger would be more comfortable, but it was very clean and well maintained. We didn't have any problem with parking space for our car, the parking is quite big and free. The breakfast has a little bit of everything (some fruit, cereals, yoghurt, toast, pancakes..) and is very well attended by Arlene, who is always willing to help you. What you should keep in mind is that you should add 12 dollars for taxes every night, since in this country no price includes them.

I would like there to be a more ecological option with the issue of towels, we were changed every day and there was no option to say no.

We enjoyed a fantastic breakfast and stayed in a spacious, recently renovated room; the central location was convenient for exploring the town and dining at great restaurants.

1) Breakfast room is too small for the customers. They ran out of food on second day. 2) sofa bed is extremely uncomfortable. Room was dirty and smelly. Air conditioner rattles extremely loud, refrigerator freezer rack missing. Is this their de luxe king suite that I reserved? Vacated the room at 8:00AM but was not cleaned when we got back at 4:00PM, in fact we waited for 30 more minutes for cleaning lady to complete her task.

The location was good for why we where in Pasadena

The price was outragous and there were no linens for the fold out bed.

This place has a great location near central attractions like the Rose Bowl and a large mosque just 3 km away.

The room and pool seemed clean enough. We rarely let housekeeping in for short stays, so we can't speak to that.

Parking lot is terrible. Very small, horribly laid out and the spaces were tiny. Expect dents. The hotel is way overpriced for what you get. Rooms were clean but dated and ugly. The internet connection was spotty at best. We were also given a double queen when we booked a king.
